COVID-19 What to Know

 
SCRS remains focused on the safety and wellbeing of every Site Solutions Summit attendee, speaker, and exhibitor.  With the cooperation of all event participants, our goal of a safe and successful summit can be realized.
 
We are diligently monitoring updates to local, state, federal, and CDC guidelines and will be implementing several safety protocols as a precaution for a safer event. Please review SCRS’ safety precautions as well as local information below for more information.

Safety Precautions

Currently, our Summit safety protocols include: 

  • Sanitation stations throughout the event space
  • Capped attendance and conference room capacity
  • Larger exhibitor hall and less exhibitor booths for wider aisles and more spacing
  • New room layouts will include seating with additional spacing   
  • Masks available to all attendees
  • Hotel staff cleaning conference rooms in between sessions

Planned safety precautions will be updated as needed according to federal, local, and CDC guidelines. Please review the Summit Safety Event Code of Conduct for more information.

Attendee Commitments

The attendee experience starts with a shared commitment to each other and the hotel staff.  Each Site Solutions Summit Attendee must agree to the Summit Code of Conduct.

  • The full vaccination rate in Travis County (as of May 4, 2022) is 73%. For updated vaccination rate click here.
  • There are no specific travel restrictions for entering or exiting Travis County if you are traveling within the U.S. and you do not have to quarantine upon arrival.
